anybody from Mass or Conn need fishing info

Years ago I read about flyfishing in small trout streams in either Mass or Conn. These streams were maybe 2-8 feet wide and the fishing looked really great---Am I imagining this or does this still happen today??? If so where are these streams located and any ideas about info on these areas----Please reply off line either a PM or contact me direct @ rull2843@yahoo.com--Thanx comp 387
