Idea for the Sportsman Council
 

How about NHRA making a copy of the Technical Procedures Manual available to racers/engine builders. Even at a cost. Anyone else think this would be a good idea?

Thanks Joe. I just think its the fair thing that those of us racing and building engines should understand not only the written word and intended meaning of the rule book, but also understand what and HOW it will be checked

Chad, i have sent your request to the proper chanels, but i have asked for this for years, so don't look for any immediate results!
