I was there today.Peter and Donnie were there.Neither made the cut.It looked to be 10.70 to 11.00 cars.
They did participate in a wheelstanding contestwith about 10 other cars.Nobody could get it up except a chevelle with 14" tires.All ran the right lane for some reason.Spectator gen. admission was $20.They ran Mean Street,8.50 heads up,jr. dragsters and some other stuff.Only thing of interest for me were many cars I haven't seen before.Left during !st rd. of the finale.The place was pretty well packed.Jack was no
where to be found in his NY Knickerbocker outfit.

10.70 TO 11.0 Cut -- I should have gone to Pinks-- maybe made the program .......and I would have joined in the wheelie fest........choices -- its all about choices .Went to Numidia and broke my hot rod .

What happened to the muffler rule for E-town Pinks? Did the Stockers put mufflers on? Just curious.

Mufflers wre installed.Flowmaster had a sponsors booth and welding equiptment.They probably made some $$$$.

Getting in was a crap shoot.Peter was in that vicinity and didn't make it.Get the car fixed quick.
I wasn,t there for the end b ut someone in a green Duster beat a local guy in a Mustang for the win.Imagine that,no Chevies in the final.
