Always nice to hear of new race tracks being built, rather than shutting done and being developed for housing or industral buildings. Todd, I`ve never heard of Boardman Oregon, where abouts in the State is it? Will the Oregon DEQ require mufflers to be used here as well?

I looked it up on www.mapquest.com and it is on I-84 in eastern
Oregon sort of across the river from the Tri-Cities WA area looks like.
