I heard Live Nation Motorsports Division (i.e. I.H.R.A.) was sold. Anyone know who bought it?

Wow,maybe Petty will build another 43Jr.Cotton Owens Cotton Picker is still around too,although a little bit worse for wear when I saw it at SE Int'l a few years ago.The car spend some time in upstate NY as a bracket car before coming back down South.S E Int'l is now gone RIP.

Heck the tech people don't even know. Hopefully it was bader! Bill please save us, you did it before you can do it again. Just don't bail out on us again.

About a week ago I read on another board that Bruton Smith bought it. I have seen nothing since to confirm that rumor. It would be interesting to see what happens if someone really tried to compete with NHRA, especially if they had a lot of money.
