BBC cast# "961" 396 block
 

have a very nice early '65 396 block,cast date is D-9-5 or April 9th of 1965..its a cast# 961 2-bolt main...i just honed it from .030 to .040 over(4.135) w/CK 10 and surfaced .012 off the deck so it has no #'s-you can put your own on it......i might even have a front cover for it since there are no dowel holes on these early ones,and i have the correct balancer and dated crank also.........I have a pretty good connection for shipping truck freight so shipping shouldnt be all that bad........ENTERTANING OFFERS-call me at 580-591-1947 and leave a meesage if i do not answer,machines make alot of noise and sometimes dont hear the phone.........thanks Vic Penrod.............also have Muncie 4-spd dated June of '65 that would go great with this--please see other ad for info
