How much did the IHRA pay Myron to use his smiling face on the opening page of IHRA.com? Is he smiling because of the size of the check they sent him? Inquiring minds want to know. Jim

Seriously, I'm smiling because the pic is from my R/U at Darlington. My first final round of the year!
I called IHRA because I wanted to see what coupon deals they had but couldn't access it. They were having a computer problem at the time. Then they got the idea of using me in an ad for it and I said ok. But no extra money besides what I saved with a coupon. :(

I went to IHRA.com and there was the girl in the bikini on a ad for Perfomance Auto and Sound. I was thinking "WOW, Myron sure got better looking". Then I scolled down and found the Myron we all know.

Glad to see a sportsman racer get some exposure like that. Way to go Myron!

Myron there is another thread on here where someone discussed the idea of male waxing. If you tried that maybe you could be in the ad at the very top of the page. Well, on second thought.....maybe not.

I am at the top of the page! But the ad is in rotation with a few others.
Uh, I prefer a clean-shaven face. But that's it.
Maybe they can figure out an ad where the girl and I can be in the same ad and it will be a long photo shoot! :)

Jim, I wasn't applying for that job. I just remember that the person who won the Jax Wax package last week had someone suggest he go into the male waxing business. Maybe Myron could look into it. LOL. I don't even wax my race car.

I do want to thank you and the SSSSA for including us S/ST racers in the plans for the race at Lakeland. I'll get in touch with you after we get back from Commerce and find out the particular details of the race, and make my plans to be there.

Now I'm going to quit on the Myron waxing subject while I'm still not in too deep.
