Fuel cells in IHRA stock?

I've looked over the rulebooks of both NHRA and IHRA. NHRA allows fuel cells in stockers, very plainly understood. I'm a little fuzzy on the IHRA rules. The rulebook plainly states "OEM gas tank is used", last line says "see General Regulations". These explain how to mount a cell in a metal box? I know some of you race in both organizations. Are you allowed to use a fuel cell in IHRA stock eliminator?

Thanks Dave. The rulebook just doesn't make this real clear.
