Front end bushings

As part of the ever evolving bracket car to stock eliminator I decided that this winter it would be good to go through the front end since the bushings on my 77 Camaro are all still the same that it rolled off the line with.
Out at SEMA last week I was looking at the Afco steel control arm bushings, prior to seeing these I was leaning towards urethane bushings. Low drag ball joints are on the list as well, but I wanted to know who is using the Afco steel bushings and if they would be recommended over urethane.
Thanks,
Chad
