He was asked about next year and he said, with the leadership we have at NHRA, or I should say the lack of leadership !! It was on the audiocast not TV. WOW !!

In the latest edition of Drag Illustrated when asked about a changing of the guard he is quoted " Therein lies the real problem, those in charge - nothing but a bunch of damn bean counters". Again, doesn't mince words.:D

I heard an outhouse rumor today, that WJ will be wearing a brown fire suit next year. I hope that is true....

Was at the race and the interview was ended abruptly when those comments were made by WJ.
Makes me wonder what else was said too.
