Robert: Try Pat Cvengros. I think his e-mail is pcvengros@nhra. He has always been very good about getting back to me with an answer, and in a timely manner.

Robert -- I've never heard of a system that wasn't approved for use...........and all of them will turn the NOS on anytime you want it to ! ! ! ! !

PS--Cussing and smoking are only allowed in the lounge .I'm sure management will tell you at some point .

NHRA states...

"Electronic Fuel Injection: In classes where allowed, must be closed, OEM-type system; i.e., may monitor only engine functions. Monitoring of vehicle performance criteria, wheel speed, driveshaft speed, vehicle acceleration, etc. by fuel-injection system prohibited. All aftermarket OEM-type electronic fuel injection must be NHRA-accepted. A current list of NHRA-accepted electronic-fuel-injection systems is available on NHRA.com."

Where is the list? I've said it before, and I'll say it again, the NHRA website is very cluttered. They've done a great job of cramming 19 lbs. of crap into a 5 lb. bag.

Finally, I got it. Pat sent it to me in a matter of moments. ..It's amazing how ****ing difficult it is to get an answer from certain people at the NHRA.."too many cooks", I suppose. Thanks Pat!..anyone that wants a copy, lemme know via email at rpare@coppermineapplicators.com..ps..it's not on the website, as claimed in the 09 Rulebook among other areas.

Just spoke with tech dept out in california, they said it would be out soon. The ones I remember are ACCEL, F.A.S.T. PART # XFI, DONT REMEMBER WHAT OTHER ONES. BUT THAT GIVES A IDEA.

IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE MAKING IT MORE AND MORE DIFFICULT TO RACE ESPECIALLY WITH THE WAY THE ECONOMY IS.
