Lock-In-Tool
Has anyone bought one of these , how well does it work www.lockintool.com
thanks. |
Re: Lock-In-Tool
Powerhouse has them also. Might check their prices. The guys at Reher & Morrison grind a notch on the end of a common screw driver, that actually works pretty slick.

Re: Lock-In-Tool
i just used one. works pretty good. i would suggest getting the metal tool if you can. the plastic one won't hold up too long.

No, I just get my 11 and 14 year old daughters to do it for me. Seriously, they can get both spiral locks in in about 30 seconds with a small screwdriver. Havn't had one come loose yet.

Yep, I have my special little screwdriver too, but dang, that tool almost looks worth the money, 32 double spiros or 16 singles are still hard on the fingers. Nice piece, and I agree on getting the steel tool, I don't want to be sanding on the locks to use the tool. |

Believe me, whatever the price is of that tool, it's a LOT cheaper. |
