Deadbeat Contingency Payers
 

What companies should I put on the list of slow or non payers of contingency awards? I refuse to patronize companies that are going to cause me or anyone else for that matter a ton of
grief if the time comes (although remote) we ever win one or get a runner up. Actually winning isn't the main issue with me, it is the principal of the thing.
