FJ Smith's Hall of Fame induction
 

Congratulations to my dad for his induction into the Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame. The only drag racer of this year's nominees. It is well deserved!

He's joining other notable Canadian drag racing Hall of Famers like Bernie Fedderly, Frank Hawley and Terry Capp. Plus a few other famous Canadian racers (Gilles Villeneuve, Greg Moore....).

The official ceremony has been postponed until 2010, but we didn't feel like waiting that long to celebrate.

A open house is being held on Sunday, February 22 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Coach House at Ruthven Park National Historic Site in Cayuga, Ontario. Everyone is welcome to attend.
