Flexplate?
Does anyone make an SFI flexplate with a bolt on ring gear? I thought I saw one somewhere, but can't remember where. JW does recert their flexplates, but they have to replace the ring gear to do so for $110 Need another flexplate and don't want to go that route.

reactor or CSR

Re: Flexplate?
Called both and Reactor will recertify their aluminum flexplates and CSR will not. Hard to spend near $300 dollars on the CSR piece to throw it away in 3 years.

Re: Flexplate?
Gave up using the JW and CSR wheels for the same reason. ..The $50 Jeg's flex plates have actually held up better than the big $ pieces. use em and toss em ......I'm a little leery of the Reactor plate. One ,it does not have any flex to it ,it is a 5/16" piece of 6061. Two, I've repaired a car that was nearly cut in half when the allen cap bolts that hold the ring gear on sheared.......Granted that can happen with a welded unit too, but I've only seen ones with little pieces missing between the welds. .....Tom
