Re: Challenger drag pac
Talked to Fred Henson the other day and he said his was ready for pick up.

Re: Challenger drag pac
Is Fred going to go 9.7 at the first points race and obsolete the new package like he did for the 70-71 E-Bodies? At least the California Mustangs had some brains on their debut and probably will show a lot of restraint from now on for the sake of the car/sponsorship.

Re: Challenger drag pac
It would be nice to see some build pics, the Mopar site doesn't show much. I hope i get the call and get a chance at one of these. DT

Re: Challenger drag pac
I just traded PM's with a guy who works for MP. They are very secretive about where the cars are actually being built, but there is 1 finished now.

Re: Challenger drag pac
I heard from my sisters husbands friends second wife that 6 may have been delivered and they have enough bodies at Roush to build 10-12 more. This is all hear say

Re: Challenger drag pac
I heard that three are three engines. The 6.1 Hemi will be rated at 385HP. The 5.7 Magnum will be rated at 275. Can't recall what the 5.9 Hemi will be rated at. The Garlit's car (001) is now at MPR getting the cage and chassis done.
