weather station
looking to buy a weather station for predicting ET. Any recommendations on a good hand-held unit? Also, do most like the one run calculation method for a 1 day race, or average of runs? thanks

Re: weather station
Computech, is my choice, tried alot of them and this one seems good to use, good tech help by calling when help is needed. Some have WAY to much information on them.

Re: weather station
I have had my Performaire Eclipse since 2002 and it's great. I also got mine from Biondo Racing, and recomend them (Biondo) to anyone. Great customer and racer support.

Re: weather station
I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I have a question. We have a Performaire weather station with the O2 sensor, with the capability for density altitude, and oxygen altitude. Which is the best to go by?

Re: weather station
Kestrel 4250 hand held unit works great, reasonable price! I think Biondo sells them now.Has wind speed, barometer, air density, temp, density altitude, humidity, and water grains. I've had mine for a year, very satisfied! Shawn

Re: weather station
What ever you get, get it from biondo and use the crew chief software from Don. I called Don once and he was in his car in the lanes, and took the time to answer my question!!!
