Sorry I haven't been around, I've been super busy with work since I took over Europe...I'm in the Netherlands now, and this is my 2nd trip here in 6 weeks. Not that you guys care, as I'm sure you're all thrilled to not be reading my novels.

Anyway, I hope everyone is well and to see many of you soon...

No Miracle Gro...Yet...Though I was debating whether I should be calling my motor guy to get started on my new piece. Its just hard to justify at the moment with the economy being so bad. I can just see me blowing my wad on the new motor and getting a pink slip the next day.

Of course, that said, the new motor is probably not going to be a 932 cid Sonny's motor...

Yep ,,,, I think a lot of us are in the same boat and probally should be putting more $ up vs Racing ( "turning money into Noise ") , folks are starting to peel back ,car counts are down and nobody knows when we will come out of this mess / recession ,,, I'm just not as smart enough to save more .


Yea a 932 is kinda of big ,,,,,,,, BUT a 820 would work just fine ,,,,:)

Eddie...You're just as smart...Just a little more stubborn! And you're right, 820 cid will probably work....I"ll call Sonny's and get that on order. I'm sure it won't set me back more than $60k - $70k.

Hey Lynn...I hope you and Tom are doing well in PA. The house isn't sold yet? Do you at least have a deal in place waiting for closing? Not that I would be 100% surprised if you didn't...it's a crappy time to be selling big ticket items. I've been trying to sell our 2004 Caravan for the past 6 months, have dropped the asking price $2,000, and I still don't have anyone interested. Damn economy...

Under contract as we speak and another waiting in the wings if buyer backs out!!
Hopefully, the way Etown is filling up, we might make it!!
