Lifters/spring pressure

Just curious who's lifter and how much seat/open spring pressure some of the small block flat tappet stockers are running? - I have seen some of the spring pressure numbers tossed around on this site and it seems excessive to me, but the valve side valvetrain weight and/or rpm you guys are running may be more than I imagine it is.
