driveshaft length ???

Any body know if an aluminum driveshaft from a 93-02 Camaro/Firebird will fit a 82-92 Camaro/Firebird with no mods are they the same length or will I have to lengthen or shorten the shaft??? thanx fed387

It works for me with no problems. I use a driveshaft from a 1LE 3rd gen on my 95 bracket car since it gets rid of the balancer deal on the trans yoke thats present on the factory driveshafts that are used on 4th gens. I would recomend you have it balanced and checked for being straight before using it.
