Woo hoo! Congratulations, Kev on your win in Stock at Houston! That was awesome driving! Old greenie has redeemed herself. Guess she has gotten used to the new paint job and decided it's o.k. LOL This will blow your sister's theory out the window. Boy did this give new meaning to a night race! Results posted at 4:36 a.m.... My hat is off to all the racers that are able to do a stellar job at that hour! Congrats to Little Joe also for runner-up in Super Stock. It was almost a Southland double!

Watched that final and knew that Kevin had it from the start. That light had to be killer. I'm glad I'm not the only one that had the theory about the car being green. We were talking in the lanes Friday and I told him that the car wasn't do good anymore since it was green; Well he proved me wrong. Good job bud, you deserved it. See you soon!

What else would you expect from Kevin Helms, he's as good as you'll find, behind the wheel or under the hood. A real old school racer, a great guy and a great friend. He's 3-0 against us, and we can't wait to race him again. Congratulations Kevin.

Congrats to Kevin. Hard to believe I stayed up that late, but it was worth it all. I was actually there for David Buckner, but it ended up as the best final round I've seen in a long time, very tight. Glad to see a man that can really drive a 4 speed, awesome run champ.
