How about the 'stick' cars lately...
...is technology really starting to help them like it did the auto's couple years back?
Coming back from Indy, I gotta say I was really impressed with their performance. Wescott's hemi's, Paul Adam's and his SS/B T-Bolt and Tony D.'s Belvedere come to mind. Their cars flat-out 'attacked' the starting line and screamed down the track like I haven't seen in years. Awesome performance! I would rather watch any of their cars than a whole round of today's pro-stockers!! |

hey don if you like stick cars next saturday the 26 of september,is the last umtr (united manual transmission racers last race of this year.the stick shift nationals is held at edgewater raceway park in cincinnati ohio and its going to be fun to watch.i went up for friday of indy just for the stick cars and the super b shoot out was well worth the price of admission.also liked robin browns chevy 2 and the wescott's were awesome.
