Elvis has left the building, ok so Drag Pak #24 has left Roush

On Tuesday we,my father and I,were lucky enough to go put our hands on and drool on #24 Challenger Drag Pak at MPR in Michigan.

Its been a loooooonnnnggg road. 12 months of wait. We had the car delivered from Roush to Mike at MRP last Wed , and we were able to hammer out the final build details with him yesterday as well as seeing our actual car for the first time.

We have high hopes for this car and if nothing else plan to have a hell of a lot of fun.

Its been a long journey so far, but now all the FUN is beginning.

Thanks to Evan at Mopar Hotline, Mark Jacobs, Mack, Don Garlits and of course Mike P. for all the information and guidance on what some of our options are. As well as all the vendors we have chosen to supply us. Your knowledge has been invaluable.

Our car is car #29, it is at Rousch and we will be able to be pickedt up next week! Needless to say we are really excited and know we have a ton of work to get this car done by Pomona.

I know the feeling, Pomona is our goal as well, although Id like to go south and test for a solid couple of weeks or more.

Congrats, it looks like the program is finally moving along.

Are there any Super Stock Challengers being built yet? I really want see what type of power potential these motors have with less restrictions required in Super Stock
