A question about timing systems
Does anybody have Compulink contact info I have looked but have not found it. Also what other systems do other tracks use. Any info will help.
Thanks Alan |
Re: A question about timing systems
Compulink seems to be what the majority of the tracks use. I have been to some tracks that use Accutime though.

Re: A question about timing systems
There are a number of different timing systems out there. Compulink, Accutime, TSI, Chrondek, Portatree.
Taking Compulink as the "standard", the rollout on an Accutime can be .020 quicker, and TSI's are typically .020 loose, although I've run into exceptions. Most Chrondek C44 systems I've run on seem to be close to a Compulink, or maybe just a tick tighter. I have track notes listed on the Dragstrip Finder track directory on my website. What info were you looking for? |
Re: A question about timing systems
trust me i wish all tracks had compulink, doing the stats when i hear its another system I start to get the pepsi out cause i know its going to be a long process in doing the stats stuff.

Re: A question about timing systems
We have a chance to take over are local track, it has a Compulink system now but it's old. I mean real old, I need to see what it would cost to update it or replace it. But I can not find any contact info not even on the equipment. So if anybody has any contact info or who to talk at Compulink would be great.
