Pontiac Guys, Please Help
Just wondering what a virgin set of untouched 1969 400 Pontiac Heads are worth? They are 75cc and unported.

Need a casting number - as there are several different ones. Any screw-in rocker stud head will go for $200 to $500 on ebay depending on how lucky you get. ALL 1969 screw-in stud 400 heads are too high of compression for pump gas, but they make ok cheap drag race power, and take well to good porting. Look on top of the center two exhaust ports for a cast in number. Like a 1 and a 6, or a 6 and a 2. Put those two together and you have the number Pontiac guys i.d. the heads by.

Thanks Bruce they have a 2 and a 6 on both heads.

The 6 is on the left and the 2 is on the right as you look down on them, so they're called a #62 head. Look on Ebay - you'll see a fair amount of them over a months time. I've got so many - they're just not fast movers because they're high compression. You need custom dished pistons to use them on todays gas. (One of my specialties.)
