2010 NHRA Rulebook is now online

The 2010 NHRA Rulebook is now available online, you can view online or download it.

I did find the third paragraph in the Stock section to be very interesting.

I'm sure many will have opinions on this new rule. I think its new, I don't remember seeing it last year.

The rule explains how a car can be eligible for Stock.

The third paragraph is word-for-word the same thing that is in the 2007 printed rule book.

That paragraph has been around awhile. "Special Production Runs" hmm.. sounds a lot like Factory Experimental. Of course Special Production Runs now means less than 50 cars.
