Moroso DS-2 front runner

In the market for some new front runners. What is your experience with the new Moroso DS-2 tire, or is the old style better?

I have never had a front tire leak, but I have never used Moroso brand. You see a lot of the old style Moroso's around, but this new tire is suppose to have a better footprint under breaking. Didn't want to try it until I got some positive feedback from other's that are using it, versa the regular Moroso tire.

I haven't had any trouble with them leaking. even been through the sand burrs at Rockingham with no problems.

I had one leaker, the other was fine. The dish soap trick works very well to seal them.

Never had any problems with either set of the DS-2s. I liked the way they fit compared with the old ones, but I think the old style will last long enough to dry rot rather than run out of tread.

I changed to the Mickey Thompson newr style front tires that are a lot like the Moroso DS-2s in looks. I have 2 sets. None leak and one is 2 seasons old, one has a season under their belt with no issues. No matter what you buy, compare the rolloout to make sure you get what you want.
