Line lock didn't release possibly. I know that will happen once in a while. That's my guess.

It's a reverese wheelie.....I think the bike dudes call it a stoppie...he's trying to get the back wheels off the ground to wow the fans.........

looks like he just turned both bulbs on @ the same time & said shiznit! & slamed the brakes. just my guess........saw some of that @ Norwalk in the left lane! (myself included)

A. obviously it is the throttle stop coming into play. They didn't want any horsepower hits!
B. They wanted to practice the top end during qualifying which necessitated the stoppie!. Check out the 66 or 67 Chevelle wagon a few pictures before this one! Clean! |
The car shouldnt have a line loc or trans-brake at this point...My guess would be that they rolled in to fast as said above or part failure.

Or the car is landing from a wheelie with poor front shocks....
