Updated GOOD NEWS !
I talked to Bill Plage this AM. and Bill told me that Bob Harris was at the Hospital last night and called Bill from Danny's room.
Bill even talked to Danny for a bit...
Danny is doing pretty godd and sends his thanks for all the prayers...
Bill and Bob will visit Danny again today...

Just got off the phone with Danny. He is in very good spirits and the 1st thing he said was, "I'll be back at the track before long!" He says they have taken real good care of him but the first thing they did was to cut the Duke t-shirt off of him! :)

He is definately thankful for the calls and well wishes and hopes to go home Monday!

I spoke to Danny this morning as well and he sounded really good...a little uncomfortable but his usual upbeat, optimistic self. That's just Danny!

Danny will heal quickly, he always has that positive demeanor of his going on. Hang in there my friend you're going to be fine. You are in our prayers.

I saw Danny yesterday and he was having a rough day. Mostly after effects of surgery and pain meds...he was very nauseous and sick feeling. Today he is much better and up and talking again. Hopefully he will go home on Tuesday!
