milling choke/cfm change
what kind of cfm change can i expect by milling the choke horn off of a 650 DP holley?

Well I,m certainly not a carb expert but I,m quite sure you wont change the CFM one bit by milling off the choke horn, you will however change the way the air enters the carb. Joe

From what I have read it's not much (2-3 CFM). However I have read and experienced that a K&N stub stack will help pick up the air flow of any carb especially if you machine it to fit inside a conventional velocity stack. Note the K&N stub stack does not require any machining,it's a bolt on and will help all by it's self. Hope this helps:cool: |
