396 chevy intake
 

Guys, I have a factory 396 chevy two barrel cast iron intake manifold. What did these intake manifolds come on, trucks, Impala's?

Your'e right, trucks and Impala's. Nothing else to my knowledge.
Seems to me that it was 1969 only?

Those came on 69 only Impalas,Bel Airs,Biscaynes,Caprices,big cars only.Some trucks might have had them.The engine was rated at 265 horsepower,the short block,pistons,cam,etc was the same as the 325 horse,the heads were a one off casting.To convert one of these engines to a 69 325 horse,you needed the correct heads,intake and carb.That was the year that the four barrel 396 didn't come in the big car at all.
