what is good to use to clean oil and grime off spark plug wires and make them look new again ? I have tried different things and none work very well.

Re: spark plug wires

wax and grease remover, prepsol, even wd 40.
you could use laquer thinner, but you will loose any markings on the wires.

Non gritty hard cleaner, like GO-JO also works well.

WD40 or CRC and a clean cotton rag or towel. Then spray them with silicone. They will be like new. Jim

I bet Dick Butler can tell you about White Belden wires from then. LOL
