I always loved that car.

We damm near had one of the ORIGINAL of Arlens painters paint our when paint was a consideration, the GUY IS STILL ALIVE ! And lives here in Akron been painting bikes for the last 20 years in his retirment, he was so chomping at the bit to do our car to do another leaf and "Old School" scheme he was going to do it for next to nothing...Im thinking Im gonna have him do my 72 GT car.

Seriously I like Mopars but I wouldn't pay $1 million for that car.But that's just me.

You really don't want that car with that ugly, bracket racer style, fiberglass hood and hood scope do you. Look at the SS/BA options this car has.

This car is a super restoration. I heard Vanke discussing the car, with Sam Auxier, on the Dragracer Reunion Radio show a few weeks ago.

Beautiful car, no doubt. But you can't register it, it's too valuable to race so why spend a Million bucks for a garage ornamnet?:confused:

Greg, who originally painted the car above, did pass away. Not sure who drooze is talking about.
