Rt
car runs 7.0 in 1/8 with about .440 bulb, 25" front tire, switch to 23" tire would do how much better? Thanks for looking J.Smith 4621 racing

Re: Rt
Moving to a smaller front tire will help with reaction time (less roll out) but how much depends on how hard the car leaves.
Every car reacts differently. Hope that helps. Rick |
Re: Rt

Again it depends on the HP and the weight of the car on actually how much you will get. My 2 Cents Rick |
Re: Rt
Keep in mind 1 inch on the sidewall is not always 1 inch rollout.
Check your tire pressure often. I personally don't think you will get more than a hundreth. Chip |
Re: Rt
switched from a 27.5" to a 26" once and didn't see much of anything
|
Re: Rt
same here. switched from 28" to 26" and hardly noticed
|
Re: Rt
Went from a 17" to a 19" and did not see anything in r/t or et. It has to be there but could not show it.
