The gentleman in the video also owns the technical communication company that was hired by Ford and Chrysler to get the reduced horsepower approved by NHRA.

The company motto is " Just facts with no bull$hit"

Too late, he already funded the $200,000,000 for the research as a stimulus thing, that was the final outcome. They all applauded the white coat guy, and gave him a bonus like all the Wall Street executives.
