NOT going to Indy?
 

I'm not going....I'm so tired over the years of getting wet Heck with it! I just hope for good weather for the Jeff Ross S/SS combo @ Kil-Kare weekend after this. to those of you that go Good Luck with everything! ;)

I will not be there either. Too much time, money and effort to sit around and watch it rain. As someone suggested on this forum before, switching the BG divisional and Indy is the solution but the people running the show refuse to make any changes. We go thru this same thing just about every year with rain and cold weather at Indy. Good luck to those of you who attend. See you at Norwalk ..

not gonna be there, weather not the issue.

i have chosen to close my bowling center due to the current state of the economy and the government we currently have. another small business with 15 employees, paying over $50,000 in taxes is going away...i just could not bring myself to invest needed $$$ into the business with the country in this state (and banks wont help)

therefore i sold the machinery, we will be looking to lease the building and i will be working for S&S fun centers who owns 15 bowling centers in the 4 states around us. it will probably be better for me financially.

clay arnett's pre wedding party on may 22nd will be our last day of bowling after 47 years.

see you all as soon as the dust settles, my heads get home and i got a little time off !!!!!

At this point, with the weather forecast as dismal as it is and fuel prices now at $2.90 per gallon in our area we too choose to abstain.

Understand the weather. Sure hate to see people not coming. I and one of my friends/co-worker are taking the day off work and was hoping to meet some people and put names with faces.

According to the weather reports it may be a big bust. Funny thing is, you all are right, first time I ever went to the points meet was probably 1973 or 74? It has always been a crapshoot, rainy, cold, windy, you name it. Things never change do they?
