Good morning. As of now, its 1000ft, 29.51 Barometer 60 degrees and 44% humidity with a good cross wind of about 15mph here at the trailer. Im sure thats going to change when we get to make a pass.

Run order is Hot Rod, Stock, Super Rod, Top Dragster, Tod Sportsman, Quick Rod and Super Stock.

So far it appears as if things have not been thought out for this TOC race. Parking was pretty much a free for all until someone decided they didnt like the area you were parked in and then told you ya had to move. Only to then your original spot be filled in later by someone else. Many people came in over night.

Tower announcement was just made that today will go SLOW so when eliminations time comes, they get everything correct.

TOC 1st round ladder will be determined by best reaction times from qualifying 2 passes. All division winners get a Rd 1 bye. After that, Reladder (?!?!?!) based on reaction time again to include the bye runs....... Makes no sense to me.

At least its not raining and 28 degrees so personally I'll take it.

I'll see if Beth can get pictures of some kind posted later on.

More later. Start time is 9am eastern time........ so supposed to be in 15 minutes.

Ok update. I mis read the sheet so start time was actually 10am....... credentials opened at 9. For the TOC race, Rd 1 is a time shot, Rd 2 is the reaction time Qualifying shot. All Div winners get a rd 1 bye and also lane choice as long as they are in. If 2 Div winners race, its a flip. TOC will conclude first, then go into a time shot for the Summit Allstars before final eliminations in that program. If you are not famalier with it, its 7 racers for 5 grand. All Div champs. Some of the classes already got rounds in. In SS, we did not start the program. I hope we get to use alot of fuel today!!!!!!

Hot Rod and Stock just ran and they really are taking their time...... Notable dumpings around 1000ft (lol) Folk, Marshall, Cool (I think) Terry Taylor.... 9'67 in A/CM (again I think)

I think someone other than Jeanne is driving her car. Went 11.85 on a posted 11.85 index.... Couldnt hear well enough though.... I will investigate when I get more time. Top Dragster is running now......... or just blew the first 1 up cause now its quiet........

Larry, I could never be that detailed of a pit reporter like you guys..... Though I have a chance to borrow a race car and drive for the other race the rest of the weekend.

Alex & the car are both READY!!! :D

I took pics of each pair in Stock from the stands. We should be called up any moment for SS, so I will get some staging lanes pictures as well and then post them all when I return.

Direct head wind - guessing it's at least a steady 15-18 mph with gusts much higher than that. But it's sunny and gorgeous.

Oh - just called us up, gotta go....
