Live from Joliet LODRS 3-3
 

Well we pulled into the track just as the second session of stock was being called to the lanes. Needless to say we didn't make that session and had to wait for the clean up pass. Dry bulb was 89 degrees wet bulb was 77 degrees,altimeter was 660 feet. I haven't had the chance to do the calculation yet but I am guessing it was some where around 3000 feet corrected. There are a couple of new Mustangs here and the are in the top 9. It has been decided that the start time will be moved up to 8:30. There's about a 40% chance off rain tomorrow so we will try to get somethings done before it hits. I'll check back in after qualifing in the morning.

Well we're in another rain delay. This one has the potential to end the day. I put my foot in a bear trap this morning and drew Scott Burton heads up.This mornings conditions were pretty ugly. 78 degrees dry bulb 72 degrees wet bulb, 74 degrees dew point, 87% humidity. Thats all for now.

Hasn't it rained at each D3 race this year including rescheduled events? Hopefully it will get better for the remainder of the year.

No rain in the forecast for today until late tonight. Right now it's cloudy and looks like it could rain any minute.
