Anyone know status of Memphis Motorsports Park?
 
Im hearing rumors, just wanted to know if anyone has heard anything "concrete" on whats happening.

I "heard" that deal fell through and it was recently purchased from another company that owns other tracks, just didnt know how accurate that was.

10 million asking price has been lowered to 6 mil. A very good friend of mine passes by there often and says it all looks the same, just grown up with weeds......

Nobody wants it because you have to take the circle track too. Maybe it will go to auction and someone will pick it up that is a racer. The property is probably not good for much else.
