Competitionplus.com has an interesting article regarding Stock & Super Stock for 2011 ---about the AFHS---about HP additions etc.---different classes for the "new" factory race specific cars that are currently being offered------Comp 387

In this competitionplus.com article, NHRA states that the association had to trust the horsepower rating that the manufacturer provides.

I guess the L88 427/430 originally rated at 440 by NHRA and Race Hemi rated at 445 from NHRA was a different story.

Absolute bull****.
