Any good ideas to incorporate into a rebuild?

I am fixing to start refurbing my 74 nova, the body is pretty much a stocker right now, I am going to redo the body, wiring, suspension (cal trac springs and bars) and afco shocks.. disc brakes etc... I was thinking of some improvements and innovations I could do while I am at it.. What is some neat things you have seen people do that I could include?? Here are a few things I have on my list at the moment..

1) Interior on off switch
2) mounting my ignition stuff in my glove compartment on a tray that dzus's in and has a quick change plug in case it needs to be worked on..
3) I was thinking of mounting my trans cooler with fan above the rear end housing that way it will be out of the way (may be stupid idea but it was a thought)

You don't need a trans cooler. If I was going to wire a car I would use the K&R stuff and put it right behind the passenger seat. Really easy to get to.
