Inverter generator problem
 

I have a Robin Subaru RG4300IS inverter generator and was wondering if anyone could help with a problem I'm having?

Generator starts and runs good (it doesn't have alot of use), but after running about 10 seconds what ever controls the generator speed and everything else stops working and the rpm will run away, and it stops making electricty, I have no control of anything until its shut off. Then it will repeat.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
