Hey guys
I posted this on the comp forum, and since alot of you knew my dad as well, I thought I would post it here too.
As most of you know, my father was killed in a comp racing accident in 2000. That was my junior year in high school and it was 2 days after our first football game of the year. 5 days later, I played in a game against a top football power in Ohio. Over the last year or so, I decided to write a book that chronicles the entire story from off-season training all the way to that game. It has quite a few racing stories and memories of my dad. The title of the book is Bleeding Red and Black. It is a sports/inspirational book. It is 250 pages and a pretty easy read. I have 125 printed copies right now that I want to sell to friends and family before I put the book on Amazon. The price on Amazon will be $18.99 + tax and shipping, but you can get a copy straight from me for $17. If you want a copy, just send a check to my house with your return address and I will send you the book immediately. It would make a great Christmas present for anyone who has kids, neices or nephews involved in sports. I hope you all have a great holiday season.
