The best way to get one in good shape would be a new aftermarket housing, I would imagine. Moser, MW, etc. carry them.

What is it for I have a bare housing out of my super stock car, would need new ends that I used on my new housing has after market caps and bolts along with 4 link brackets. Tom

Do a search on Steves Nova site forum, there was a 66-67 housing on there recently.

The prices of 12 bolt Nova housings are stupid!! Here's what I did for mine - found a '69 Impala empty housing at the swap meet for $40....cut off all the brackets, etc....bought the MW ends that take a Ford bearing and small chevy backing plates...bought some el-cheapo perches from Summit...cut the housing to stock Nova width, weld it all up, and Bob's your Uncle! The going rate for a 62-67 Nova 12 bolt is around $1500...and then you either get to use C-clip eliminators, or cut the ends off anyway.

have a 12 bolt out of ss/la 42" backing plate to plate no brackets. also have alum spool and strange axels housing has alum disc brake brackets. will sell all or any part. thanks jim
