Am I the only one that thinks deciding the D3 team three days before they have to be in Chicago is a bad idea? Sure, I am biased because I am leading right now...and if they closed it, it would benefit me. But....how am I supposed make plans for anything with this setup?

I have a limited number of vacation days and wasn't going to go to Chicago unless I made the team. I was waiting to see the outcome before taking days off and entering the race.

Maybe I'm the crazy one...but I think there are better ways to handle this...

My understanding was that they were going to use the make up race to decide it unless there was a problem with the marketing of the race....(of course I still have a slim chance of getting in) Because of the close proximity to Division 3....

Scotty as hot as you are right now I would just enter...lol..

Rusty Cook has a similar issue....He won't go to the race unless he gets in the all stars deal....go ahead and enter and withdraw if it doesn't happen.....

I understand your point of view...as I'm sure anyone that still has a chance would love to keep it open. I still think it's a crappy deal to run it down to the wire like that...especially since Norwalk wasn't originally supposed to be counted for this year. It's always nice to add a race to a series that is 90% complete. Regardless of whether I'm hot or not...or whether it even involves me...I think the team should know more than 3 days ahead of time.

So I guess you're going to have to go get your hair done just in case you make it? There's no way you could get into one of those high $ salons with 3 days notice...and you can't be in the Allstars pics without looking your best...

Lol......I don't have much of a chance......no need for the stylist.....I agree with you but more people don't....like I said if it was any other division they would not have considered it....thinking most of the competitors would be going anyway......
