calvert racing customer service
just wanted to share my thoughts on this. in this day and age it's getting harder and harder to buisness with alot of companies. i recently ordered some springs from calvert for a customers car. and they turned out to be to soft a rate for the application, and i couldn't use them , i thought great i'm stuck with them! but to my suprise calvert was more than willing to help with either a different spring or the return. i couldn't wait for new springs because of the customers racing schedule. so they took them back and even sent a call tag. no problem. so i just wanted to say thanks to a stand up company, i guess we need more racer run companies.

Re: calvert racing customer service
I agree. John is a great guy, and his kids are class acts too. I enjoy racing with them.

Nothing but good things to say about all of the Calvert team. I use their front shocks and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Re: calvert racing customer service
Calvert is one of the BEST in the customer service department. Odered a set of Caltrac's but when it come time to install them, the bar's were too long and came with the wrong size nut's. I ran to Fastenall for the nuts and called John for help with the bar's. John asked us for specific measurements and calculated the correct length bar dimension's and stayed at the shop until our call to tell him know things were okay. That call was like at 10 pm. 8 pm his time. The next day by 10 am a little package a 8 nut's showed up. Shipping was $85..... He could have went home at his normal time and worry about the bar length issue the next morning, but didn't. Hat's off to John Calvert.

Re: calvert racing customer service
My dealings with Calvert were similar, I decided to change spring rate and they were very helpful. They sent a call tag, and took the original ones back with NO QUESTIONS. They wanted me to be satisfied and that was the bottom line. This is the kind of service companies used to have routinely and somehow is not common now. Congrats to CalTrac.

Re: calvert racing customer service
Back when I was a dealer for Calvert, Mark Tallent knew we were hours apart, I was fortunate to have his personal number to call anytime I had a question and needed help. His concern for racers looking for support miles away, is part of what John Calvert's company is today!

Re: calvert racing customer service
I'll vouch for their customer service as well. I ordered a set of Caltracs for a project, but was mobilized with the reserves before I could put them on. When I went to install them almost a year later I found that the bars were too short......they exchanged them at no cost with no questions asked, and sent a call tag as well for the bars that were too short. Certainly a very stand up company!
