What is the camshaft rule for IHRA Crate motor Stock?

About the same as all stock... you can change duration, but not exceed the spec on lift. Valve spring rules are about the same as all other also, cant change size from stock, but can increase pressure.
IHRA let's you run roller rocker arms on all motors, traditional and crate.
