Transmission Question

Would there be an ET difference between a Power Glide and a Metric 200 in a small block stocker?

Re: Transmission Question

I would say Yes, if it is a $5,000 Scott McClay Turbo 200

If its an early Vette (1967 or older) you must retain a P/G in STOCK. A metric 200 or any other GM 3 speed would be legal ONLY in Super Stock the last time I looked at the rules in a 1967 or older Vette. .

Re: Transmission Question

In addition to my last post......the 3 speed auto's would be legal in 1968 and newer Vettes for Stock and S/S. The 1969 Camaros can use both. 1967/1968 Camaros must use the P/G with a small block in stock. I assumed you were talking about a Corvette since your other post concerned Corvettes.
