What has happened to the Pro Car Counts?
 

I read the Gainesville quota thread and decided to check out the entry list. I know zero about the Pro's - couldn't name 10 of them outside Pro Stock. And, I also know we discuss Sportsman Racing on this site but have to wonder if Pro racing isn't in a little bit of trouble. But I also wonder why the English language has so few words that begin with Q.

I heard that a few of the GM guys will be inside one of these 'new slicker' COPO Camaro bodies for Pro Stock this year.

Most have gone broke. Not enough sponsors to pizz enough money away on them? Maybe NHRA will wake up and change the rules so more teams can play? Naaa I doubt it.
