rear tire 70 nova
 
will a 30" tall tire fit in stock wheel well without rubbing as tire grows going down track? or do wheel wells have to be stretched?

I have a 69 Nova with an older set of M/T 30x9 bias plys on 8" rims and never had an issue at around 114 mph.

Tire construction, mph, and other variables could cause your results to vary.
